Just steep 1 satchel in 2 Cups of water for 5-10 minutes, pour into squeeze bottle to use as sitz bath, can be used warm or cold depending on preference. Cooled satchel can be gently placed on perineal area to ease pains. Brewed infusion can also be used to make after birth cooling pads.
